What sites did you go to when you took your TEAS practice tests??

ATI... if you google ATI testing, it should be one of the first ones. I think it's ATItesting.com. This was definitely the most beneficial to me. I purchased the book as well as the online practice tests. I studied the book, took the practice tests from the book, then took the online tests. It's a bit costly, but I think it paid off for me in the end. I guess we will see when my letter of acceptance/rejection arrives. :)

I bought the book but everyone kept talking about online practice tests so I wasn't really sure if there was a site I was missing or what. Thanks for answering.

I used the practice tests in the book and didn't mess with the one's online. If you bought the book, you already paid for the two practice tests inside of it, right?!

Yes, it's true that the ATI testbook has practice tests in it. The online test, IMO, took it just one step further, for me. The online tests were structured exactly like the actual TEAS, which helped me to be less nervous. Not everybody would need that, of course. Also, when you take the online practice test, you get a printout, telling you which areas you scored low in, and which pages in the study guide correlate with your incorrect answers. It was helpful for me, but again, I wouldn't say it's an absolute necessity. I just needed every little boost I could get. I also studied the McGraw Hill Book, as well as the Kaplan. I'm just a bit obsessive. :)

I too liked the online tests. I also felt like they were closer to the actual TEAS test compared to any of the other practice tests.

I agree the online practice test are so much more beneficial than the ones in the book. It helps you get familiar with how the questions are worded on the actual TEAS test. The content of the questions were not as important as how they are worded. I took the online practice test several times until I got a decent score, then when I actually went it didn't freak me out and I could relax and got a really good score.

I believe it was 35 for 2 tests; but imo worth every cent.

I 100% agree... worth every last stinking penny. 35, maybe 40 dollars for two tests, which I believe you were able to take 2 times apiece. The book is helpful, for sure, but the online tests made the difference for me. Just my opinion, for what it's worth. :)

Thanks! I will purchase them after my kids' birthdays this next two weeks. Maybe it will help me. I am using the book in the spare time to study. :) TY again!

I bought the book directly from the ATI website, and the tests came with the book. (Total spent was about $90.) That was last summer. I got a 93 on the TEAS. If you get the one from the bookstore, there are two online practice tests, but what you don't see in the fine print is that they are two of the SAME tests, so you can take the same test twice. If you buy the package from the ATI site, you get the book & two practice tests that you can take twice each.
