CNA Program?

How would I apply? Would I start out at Ivy Tech and then find an employer or do I need to be referred by an employer ?

To take the CNA classes you need to contact Ivy Tech. The dates and time vary from campus and I am not sure if every campus offers the classes. I know the Kokomo one does. Which campus are you looking at taking the classes at?

I did not realize that Ivy Tech offered CNA classes. Do you know if Evansville campus offers them?

Yes there is a CNA class available at Evansville. You can go to the course search online to fine it.

Use Health Services as the category and search in Evansville, the course name should look something like this.

CNA Preparation - 48213 - HLHS 107 - 01L

I think you have to go to the nearby campus, and ask them when you can register for the classes?

mamabear---The CNA classes are not offered at Lafayette. Just letting you know. I had to pay $300 to take them through the local school corporation. I am glad I did it though. I made that back on my first paycheck.;)
